We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $6.95 or priority rate of $10.95. All of your shipments are tracked and insured. All products shipped via priority mail will come with insurance and tracking information which you will receive within 1 one day of shipping.
All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service. International buyers currently pay a flat rate of $24.95. Please be aware that First Class Mail is inexpensive and can be very slow. We cannot control how long your country’s customs may delay your package. First Class Mail cannot be tracked or insured.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from our store. Following are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:
* All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not process returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
* If we make a mistake on your order, we will gladly ship out the correct item at our expense. If customer is not happy with their order and would like to return it, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
* Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
* Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
