* All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not process returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
* If we make a mistake on your order, we will gladly ship out the correct item at our expense.
* If customer is not happy with their order and would like to return it, please visit our Returns Center (link below) and follow the process. Please note, a $2.99 USD charge will be subtracted from your refund for domestic return labels.
* If you would like to exchange your item, customer must pay for return shipping if Big Fly Gear is not at fault. Big Fly Gear will ship out exchanges at its own expense and only once your item has been received by us.
* For International customers, please reach out to us at 833.424.4359 before initiating a return and/or exchange.
* Please note that all SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALES and return requests will not be approved.
* Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on the Big Fly Adult Masks. All mask sales are final.
* Please note, products may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/Exchanges can be processed online.
* Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
