I ordered this shirt for my dad for Father’s Day. He loves it but needs a size larger than what I ordered. I submitted a “Return Request” through the website where I asked for a simple exchange for a larger size. I received an email saying I would hear back after my request was reviewed and I still haven’t heard back after a week. I would love a response so I can get this shirt exchanged and get my dad a shirt he can wear to some games we have coming up. Was impressed by how quickly the shirt was delivered but am disappointed in the customer service regarding an exchange / return.

Being a lifelong Angels fan, I was over the moon happy with the release of this shirt. Softest material ever!! I ordered both the red and blue versions, but sadly, there was an issue with my size and it was refunded. BUT, BFG’s EXCELLENT customer service had me on the phone with Kim, who has assured me that my size will be in stock soon. I can’t wait for the red version, and I proudly wear the blue to Angels games. I’m a walking Big Fly Gear billboard!!

It was just what I expected. A great looking shirt and is very comfortable. If you have another run of these shirts I would suggest putting the number 26 on the back, like with the Millville shirt. The number 26 is retired in Anaheim in honor of Mr. Autry. Keep up the good work,
