When I saw the On-Deck Circle ZIP Hoodie I wanted it and bought it right away. The softness of this zip hoodie has no words to describe it. I love it so much, I wear it more and more each day. Best Big Fly Gear item I own !
Submitted a Return / Exchange Request & Did Not Receive a Reply
I ordered this shirt for my dad for Father’s Day. He loves it but needs a size larger than what I ordered. I submitted a “Return Request” through the website where I asked for a simple exchange for a larger size. I received an email saying I would hear back after my request was reviewed and I still haven’t heard back after a week. I would love a response so I can get this shirt exchanged and get my dad a shirt he can wear to some games we have coming up. Was impressed by how quickly the shirt was delivered but am disappointed in the customer service regarding an exchange / return.
Big Fly produces the best quality tees around. I love the feel and design of theses tees. I would recommend them to anyone even if your are not a baseball fan!
